Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name and the message you send through our contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.

Information from your visit: basic technical details such as browser type and the pages you view, if we use analytics tools on this website.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to provide and improve our services, to send you information you have asked for, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

WhatsApp bots and your customers' data

Our WhatsApp bots connect to the business's own WhatsApp Business Account. Customer conversations and customer data belong to the business that uses the bot. We process this data only to run the service for that business.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run our services, such as hosting providers and WhatsApp's business platform, and where the law requires it. These providers must protect the information they receive.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, then we delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep it safe.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. We handle these requests in line with applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
