IQ / About us

We bring intelligence to how businesses communicate.

Most business communication starts with a format: a post, a poster, a reply in a chat. We start with the question behind it. What is this business trying to achieve?

Once the objective is clear, every design, caption and automated message is built to move towards it. That is what we mean by IQ. It is a way of working, and it runs through our social media work and through the WhatsApp bots we build.

We are based in Kochi and work with businesses across India and the UAE.

Objective first

We begin with what your business needs to achieve, before anything is designed or built.

Clear to understand

Plain language, honest design and simple processes. No jargon between you and the work.

Smart systems

Social media plans and WhatsApp bots that are shaped around how your business runs.

IQ / Communication

Social media, planned before it is designed.

We turn a brand's objectives into social media that people stop for. Every post comes from a plan, and every plan comes from what your business wants to achieve, expressed through meaningful design and clear communication.

The process

From your brief to published content.

  1. 1

    You brief us

Tell us about your business, your audience and what you want to achieve.

  2. 2

    We build a 6-month strategy

Clear objectives for the brand, and the content themes that serve each one.

  3. 3

    A monthly content calendar

The strategy turned into a plan: what goes out, when, and why.

  4. 4

    Content creation

Designs and copy produced to the calendar, ready to publish.

IQ / Intelligent bots

WhatsApp bots with business IQ.

Most chatbots are generic. Ours start with your business and your objectives. We build WhatsApp bots around how you sell, book and serve, and connect them to your own WhatsApp Business Account.
